MNT4P referrals and Contact Us requests that are received during a holiday when MNT4P and Emory University offices are closed, will be processed when offices reopen.
For medical food requests, please do not wait until you are almost out of formula. Please call the main clinic number or request through MyChart at least 2 weeks before you are out.
