How to Enroll

Eligibility Criteria:

• Patient has a diagnosed inherited genetic metabolic disorder.
• Patient has difficulty accessing medical foods (formula or low-protein modified food).
• Patient must be a resident of the state of Georgia and/or the patient has visited the Emory Genetics metabolic clinic at least once a year.
