Apple Coleslaw
 
		
		
		
		Ingredients:
- 2 2/3 cup (300 grams) Carrots, grated
- 2 2/3 cups (200 grams) White Cabbage, shredded
- 1/3 cup (60 grams) Onion, chopped
- 2 cups (200 grams) Granny Smith Apple, peeled and grated
- 1 1/4 cups (200 grams) Pineapple, canned, drained
- 2 tsp (10 grams) Vinegar
- 1/2 cups (128 grams) Miracle Whip
- Salt and White Pepper to taste
		             		   
                		Steps:
- Mix carrots, cabbage, onion, pineapple, and apple in a large bowl. Season well with salt and pepper.
- Add the vinegar.
- Stir in the Miracle Whip.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
