Apple Coleslaw

Ingredients:

  • 2 2/3 cup (300 grams) Carrots, grated
  • 2 2/3 cups (200 grams) White Cabbage, shredded
  • 1/3 cup (60 grams) Onion, chopped
  • 2 cups (200 grams) Granny Smith Apple, peeled and grated
  • 1 1/4 cups (200 grams) Pineapple, canned, drained
  • 2 tsp (10 grams) Vinegar
  • 1/2 cups (128 grams) Miracle Whip
  • Salt and White Pepper to taste

Steps:

  1. Mix carrots, cabbage, onion, pineapple, and apple in a large bowl. Season well with salt and pepper.
  2. Add the vinegar.
  3. Stir in the Miracle Whip.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
