MNT4P is a Emory University, grant-supported program for Georgia IMD genetics patients and is separate from Emory Healthcare (Emory Metabolic Genetics Clinic). This form will NOT replace your communication with the metabolic clinic staff and should not be used for emergencies.

MNT4P referrals and Contact Us requests that are received during a holiday when MNT4P and Emory University offices are closed, will be processed when offices reopen.
